Michael Page Technology is looking for experienced Retail Managers who are looking for a career change. This is a unique opportunity to fast track your career within recruitment to lead a high performing team within a fast-growing FTSE 250 business
You will receive fast track Recruitment Management training including:
- Mastering the key recruitment and sales skills
- Understanding the scope of the Recruitment Management role
- How to build a business and grow existing markets
- Coaching a team and driving performance
- Sourcing and hiring potential recruitment consultants to join your team
Description
Your role will be to build an engaged, challenged, and motivated sales-focused team, in which all opportunities for revenue generation are maximised.
Managing Myself
- Act in a manner that demonstrates integrity and engenders trust in others.
- Being accountable for actions, both internally and externally.
- Proactively making decisions demonstrating effective problemsolving capability.
- Identifying and full involvement with the hiring of new talent.
- Creating and reinforcing a positive, salesbased team culture.
- Managing the performance for each team member including setting KPIs, conducting 121/ daily/weekly reviews, holding team meetings and offering relevant incentives.
- Conducting effective appraisals.
- Building relationships and inspiring an environment of trust across the team
- Delegating in a responsible and controlled manner.
- Building a strategy to maximize revenue including both business development and account management.
- Knowing and understanding monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and setting stretch targets.
- Generating an accurate monthly revenue forecast.
Profile
- Leadership experience in a customer focused retail environment is essential
- Great communication with proven team management and interpersonal skills, including strong organisation and coordination skills
- Ability to analyse own business and set in place plans to drive all areas of the business
- People management, managing performance, experience focus with a balance of commercial business
