We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at Noir Cuts & Coffee.This is our latest store to open in Manchester, our 'black box' concept intergrates a Coffee Shop & Barber shop under one roof.
Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and tea, ensuring high-quality taste, presentation, and consistency.
Customer Service:
Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean, in good working condition, and properly calibrated.
Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly.Shop Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the barista area, including counters, shelves, and brewing equipment. Regularly clean and sanitize utensils, cups, and other items used in beverage preparation.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and flavour profiles to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with barbers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of beverages to customers. Support a positive and collaborative work environment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
