Access Point is a Sales and Promotions company situated in Southport and we've been in business for 26 years. With an established client base, we are continually developing and evolving, bringing in new business prospects and clients year-on-year.

Our Company provides high-footfall promotional space, street food/catering sites and brand experience platforms at venues and locations across the UK.

The opportunities we offer are based at leading retailers, shopping centres and retail parks, with most locations already tried and tested by other satisfied customers.

Access Point have an exciting opportunity for a full time CREDIT CONTROLLER to join our busy Finance Team. Using technology to efficiently drive and navigate the Company's debt management recovery procedures, you will manage a varied portfolio of customers from sole traders to high profile brands.

Our new Credit Controller will be organised, systematic, and tenacious in the chasing of outstanding money, reducing aged debt alongside managing and solving customer queries.

Day to day, you will contact customers by phone, or their preferred contact method, and use our accounts system, Business Central, to effectively maintain their accounts ensuring prompt payments in line with our SLA.

Communication, fantastic IT skills (particularly Database and Excel) and the delivery of excellent customer service are the key to succeeding in this role.
