Join Our Team as a Full-Time Animation Tutor

We are dedicated to providing exceptional educational opportunities and support for students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Starting from August 2023, we are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Animation Tutor to join our team and inspire our students.

Responsibilities:

As an Animation Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting our college students with SEMH and ADHD, helping them explore their creativity, develop essential animation skills, and build a strong foundation for their future careers

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging and interactive animation lessons, tailored to meet the individual needs and learning styles of our students.
Providing oneonone guidance and support to students, fostering their artistic development and helping them overcome challenges.
Collaborating with other tutors and professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the mental wellbeing of our students.
Utilizing various animation techniques and software to teach students how to bring their ideas to life, including 2D and 3D animation, character design, storyboarding, and more.
Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies to address any learning gaps or difficulties.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Extensive experience in the field of animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative and technical skills.
A solid understanding of different animation techniques, software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, or Blender), and industrystandard workflows.
Previous experience working with students who have SEMH and/or ADHD, with a compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, ensuring lessons and assessments are wellprepared and delivered on schedule.
A relevant qualification in animation or a related field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred).
