£65,000 - £80,000**This forward thinking leading Legal 150 law firm based in Bournemouth have a proven track record for success and are looking for an experienced Lawyer in their residential development team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strongmanagement team in an exciting growth stage. You will need to have experience of development and landlord and tenant matters; flat lease extensions and block management matters would also be helpful.
This Bournemouth-based role as a Real Estate Development Solicitor will involve:

Acting for major national and regional house builder clients that offer high quality work
Clear path to work towards Partnership from the outset
Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
