This time, we're on the lookout for a Field Visual Merchandiser who will be working with Zoe from our Visual Merchandising team.

What you will be doing

The Field Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing effective visual merchandising in stores to maximise sales and will work in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to train and coach Store Managers on delivering brand expectations, ensuring that the visual proposition is always consistently and accurately reflective of the brand message.

Working with the VM specialist, you will create one VM directive for stores each season and directly support the implementation of all visual directives whilst working collaboratively with the store teams, Regional Management and the VM team.

What we are looking for

To be our next Superstar, you will have extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, and it would be a bonus if this was within premium menswear.

You will have excellent communication skills and a creative flair with a natural ability to understand and implement a creative brief.

Experience of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign computer software would be great and as the role requires regular travel to our stores, a flexible approach and willingness to spend time away from home is also a must.

Our purpose is to "make it easy for men to dress well". We take care of a chap's entire wardrobe, providing stylish solutions for every occasion. We make sure he gets what he wants, when and how he wants it.

Our spiritual home and flagship store is located on London's famous Jermyn Street.

Our Global Head Office is in London Bridge, whilst we also have an office in Manhattan to support our retail and online presence across North America, Europe and Australia.

Not forgetting our Distribution Centre and Contact Centre in Milton Keynes.
