Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized contracts supervisor to join our team.
As a contracts supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various contracts and employees.
This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, manage and run the contracts and staff your within your portfolio.
- Provide training and assiatnce to all BCS staff when required.
- Ensure the contracts placed under your control are well stocked and staff have all of the nessesary stores and equipment they need to undertake thier duties.
- Monitor staff performance and manage client expectations for the contractual services provided.
- Conduct site visits to assess contract equirements and company standards are being met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years cleaning supervision required.
- Proven experience with commercial cleaning standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning industry is a plus.
- Honesty & intergity a must.

From £20,826.00 per year

- contract supervision: 3 years (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 3 years (required)
