SRS Partnership are currently recruiting for
experienced machine operators to join the existing
NIGHTSHIFT production team at their clients state of the art facility in Cumbernauld.

They have a requirement for additional machine operators within their nightshift team with a variety of different shift patterns. There is also weekend work available therefore flexibility is desirable.

We are looking for people who have the following skills:

  • Previous machine operating experience within a factory environment (
    essential)
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Work within a fastpaced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Selfmotivated
  • Comfortable working within a physically demanding role

Key Responsibilities:


  • Operating complex machinery
  • Controlling product quality and weights to achieve product quality and customer specs
  • Filling daily paperwork to ensure product traceability
  • Health and safety awareness when carrying out tasks

Salary:
£11.76-£15.13 per hour
