Duties:_

Provide assistance to individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of client
Support clients in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
Document and report any changes in client's condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
