At Simplyhealth we have a rare opportunity to join our People team as a Reward Analyst.


Reporting to our Head of Reward, you'll lead on the coordination of all fixed and variable compensation initiatives, including base pay, grading structures and salary bands, pay benchmarking, commission schemes and group bonus, in line with our Reward Strategy.


In this varied role you'll also support with wider HR and reward projects such as systems, management information, people analytics, and colleague benefits.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and review Simplyhealth's job levelling framework and provide advice on pay and grading to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate all pay benchmarking, ensuring survey submissions are completed accurately and ontime
  • Manage and update the company's pay ranges, ensuring figures are up to date and accurate, with supporting materials to support managers
  • Conduct gender pay gap and equal pay audit analysis and support development of formal reports
  • Coordinate the annual pay review process and annual bonus process, providing costmodels and projections, maintaining budgets, gathering manager and leader input into pay and bonus decisions, and coordinating communication of pay and bonus outcomes
  • Coordinate quarterly pay exception reviews
  • Support analysis and review of existing sales commission schemes, helping to develop proposals and implement new and revised scheme where appropriate
  • Support reviews of Executive pay, bonus and LTIP arrangements, including contributing to the Remuneration Committee process
  • Develop a suite of standard reports regarding pay (including commission schemes where relevant) that can be delivered simply to internal stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to provide key insights on people trends and demographics and supportdatadriven decision making
  • Provide reporting and analysis on an adhoc basis as required
  • Support HR systems development and updates, including integration between systems and general HR people data requirements
