£22,711.50 per annum

Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

The Role:

Working as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support ensuring staff rotas for Service are completed and published in accordance within acceptable timescales and maintained on a daily basis.


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring the formation of shift patterns, liaising with all staff regarding shift patterns, shift changes, overtime and annual leave.
  • Liaising with the MDT to ensure the Rehabilitation Programme(s) can be met and accurately calculating the current establishment to ensure the Rota reflects the needs of each individual unit, recognising the need for and booking annual training for all staff.
  • Responsible for the the accurate recording of absence and sickness, authorising annual leave for staff, ensuring accurate calculations of entitlements.
  • To ensuring that service is safely staffed at all times.
  • To produce, maintain and record accurate 'Annual Leave & Sickness' forms, including accurate calculations determined by role, working hours per week and length of service.
  • To authorise and record annual leave and ensuring that it is reflected on the rota and recorded accurately in 'Annual Leave & Sickness' forms.
  • To update occupancy as and when needed to maintain staffing levels based on current establishment and subsequently altering and modifying Rotas accordingly.

About you:


  • Good level of Education
  • Good IT skills using Microsoft office Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience of developing staff rotas
  • The ability to prioritise and effectively manage workload whilst meeting specified deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for communications with both internal and external staff
  • Good interpersonal skills
