Description

We are a small family run restaurant with over 30 years history serving the local Caterham and surrounding community.

We are looking for a hard working and reliable individual with a 'Can Do' attitude to become our kitchen assistant, working along side the head chef and second chef to complete customers orders, washing up, cleaning, packing take aways and be of general help.

This role is full time on the following evenings (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat).

You will be expected to begin at 5pm till all chores are completed at the end of the business day, on Mondays and Wednesdays, this is usually around 9:30pm, Thursdays around 10pm; and Fridays and Saturdays around 10:30pm (Times may vary slightly depending on business levels and the individual).

All training will be provided and depending on experience, initial training probation period will include week day evenings. Prospective applicants will be asked to come in for trial sessions.

Please note:
We are looking for staff who can commit to long term and someone who can be available at weekends and the seasonal holiday periods.
