This is a part time role at 23 hours per week and the salary advertised is pro rata to reflect this.


Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams however please get in contact if you are interested in the position but unable to attend an interview via this platform.

Interviews may be convened 10 days after the closing date.


You will need to be confident with Microsoft 360 suite of systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and use databases well to ensure accurate records are made for our residents.


Interpersonal skills are key in this role; being able to demonstrate tact, sensitivity and good use of language (both written and oral) when addressing both public and professionals.

You will need a good understanding of GDPR.

Relevant understanding of National Frameworks relating to Continuing Healthcare are an advantage in this role, but training will be provided.

You will also need to demonstrate good initiative to complete work in line within agreed timescales.


This role is designed to be flexible and is part of a specialist team, where travelling may be required to fulfil the duties of the role.


  • The role is based in provisionally based in Dorchester, but this can be flexible and open to negotiation.
