Description
Entrepreneurial, well-funded and rapidly expanding retailer is looking to hire a hardworking and experienced finance assistant. This is a 6-month fixed term contract to provide maternity cover.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, key duties include:

  • Daily cash postings and bank reconciliations;
  • Cash reconciliations for each store;
  • High volume processing of paperwork (invoices, receipts);
  • Handling queries and improving processes;
  • Purchase ledger support including supplier reconciliations and payment runs;
  • Posting journals;
  • Assisting the Management Accountant with monthend processes.
