    Your Key Responsibilities:

    As a Leisure Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our leisure facility, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing initiatives to drive up membership sales. You will also be responsible for preparing reports, attending meetings, and representing the Places Leisure brand. Additionally, you will need to be a motivated individual who takes on responsibility to lead a team and ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the center.

    This role requires a flexible approach to work, being open to working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The salary for this role is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
