The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the UK Human Resources department, also providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Duties include ensuring HR processes run efficiently, assisting with recruitment processes, compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and coordinating daily activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring confidentiality of all employee data in accordance with UK legislation
  • Coordinating new starter documentation and induction plans, liaising with site security and working with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Administrative duties relating to employee changes; including promotions, terminations and benefits.
  • Collating all relevant payroll data for monthly submissions, implementing any changes to ensure these are handled in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage relevant health associated policies and appointments including eye test policy and voucher scheme, and vaccines (HepB and flu jab) liaising with external providers where required.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation and industry specific requirements is maintained, related to Right to
  • Work documentation and Contractual agreements.
  • Facilitate and have a proactive approach to internal communication related to HR Policies, events and business specific requirements.
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team with travel requirements, expenses and meetings.
  • Coordinate nontechnical training requirements including organising rooms for employee training and updating training systems.
  • May participate in billing and accounting duties, including resolving billing questions and managing invoices relating to senior management activities and site events

Qualifications:


  • CIPD Qualification or part CIPD qualified would be advantageous or an equivalent level of expertise.
  • Experience of providing lowlevel HR Advice and guidance in accordance with UK Legislation and company policies and procedures.
  • Good Understanding of MS Packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and One Drive.
  • Previous experience of using HRIS with a desire to streamline and improve workflows.
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated with strong decision making skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good Attention to detail is required with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • A positive, cando attitude is crucial for the success in this role.
  • Being a team player with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
