WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING


As Food and Beverage Coordinator you will report to the Hotel Manager and support our Food and Beverage leaders at Parker's Tavern.


  • Your role will involve supporting the Food and beverage leaders in the daytoday coordination and administration of the food and beverage operation.
  • You will work closely with the Food and beverage leaders to coordinate menus and special projects.
  • You will ensure the accuracy of menurelated data, including ingredient lists, allergen information, and pricing details.
  • You will act as a liaison between Food and beverage operations and the marketing sales team to facilitate the creation and promotion of new menus.
  • You will generate reports and analysis related to menu performance, sales trends, and guest feedback.
  • You will communicate directly with guests which includes responding to feedback.
  • Supporting the FB Leadership team in meeting reputation and quality goals which will include liaising with other departments and Hotel Leaders.
  • You will ensure that all compliance and Health and Safety tasks are actioned.
  • Assist with daytoday administration tasks, such as scheduling meetings, screening CVs and setting up interviews for the food and beverage leaders.
  • Support Food and beverage leaders with placing orders, requesting PO approval and dealing with invoices.
  • Load all Food and beverage rotas to our time attendance system and close off weekly.
  • Support the sales team in processing of deposit invoices, sending them to clients and following up to ensure payment in a timely manner.
  • Follow financial processes to ensure deposits are accurately recorded and posted and communicate with both sales and finance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well.
  • Be a natural and confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to approach data entry in an organised and methodical way with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage coordination is preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise your own workload.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced team and working environment, being able to assess and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to analyse and review information and provide reports.
  • Some that is proactive in their approach.
