The Role:
What you will do?

Are you a Counsellor looking for the next step in your career? This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Counsellor, Senior Counsellor or Team Manager to use their existing skills to develop their career in a new direction and fulfil a pivotal role in a high performing psychological therapies service.

You'll work within a forward-thinking, dynamic clinical leadership team alongside operation colleagues to make a real difference.


Your responsibilities will be over the clinical oversight, supervision, clinical governance, training and development of our large, high quality psychological therapy network.


Reviewing and overseeing the work of our Network Therapists (therapists in private practice) will be a large part of this role.

You will also hold a small caseload and have the opportunity to develop your clinical, supervision and leadership skills


Essential skills:


  • Degree or Diploma (RQF Level 4 or above) counselling qualification
  • BACP Accreditation, UKCP Accreditation or NCS Accredited Professional Registrant
  • Extensive experience of working effectively with people with mental health problems, specifically anxiety and depression.

Desirable skills:


  • Experience of providing clinical supervision
