We are currently recruiting for one of the largest Housing Providers in the UK for a number of Disrepair Surveyors across London.

Our client are looking for a combination of temps and FTC both on 12 months.

The Disrepair Surveyors will be focused on Condensation, Damp & mouth rather than the full range of surveyor responsibilities, and there will be a large element of dealing with residents who may have concerns about damp in their homes.

Essential experience required:

Experience HNC, HND, BTEC HND or higher, in a building discipline, or over 5 years hands on experience of related repairs surveying/ construction from a trade background.

Relative experience of building maintenance in a local authority or other registered social landlord.
Evidence of continuing professional development.
In-depth knowledge and experience within Disrepair.
In depth experience dealing with Damp & Mould

Hourly rate £40ph (Negotiable) remote and flexible working
