Job Role:

Lead the Development of a research and design strategy for CTI Public Cloud services - soliciting product and 'market' research needs from each CTI Public Cloud pillar team and defining a coherent research scope, goals and outcomes for an efficient ongoing programme of research.

Lead the development of compelling customer journey's for CTI/Public Clouds internal customers.

Lead the Planning and Execution of CTI's Public Cloud research strategy, defining milestones for the introduction of research across CTI public cloud at our current and future levels of maturity and scale, defining research processes, organisation and tools, planning capacity and managing resourcing in collaboration with Product Managers.

Assist in CTI Public Cloud's adoption of customer-experience related processes and methods in product management e.g. Customer Journey Mapping, Design Thinking.

Responsibilities:

Enabling CTI Public Cloud Product Managers in planning and executing appropriate customer/market and product-related research: setting scope, defining methods, assisting with research process and tool selection.
Ensuring that research efforts in CTI Public Cloud are coherent and efficient in terms of both customer and CTI public cloud team professionals time and effort.
Demonstrate the value that introducing more formal research has to stakeholders in CTI Public Cloud and its customer organizations.
Defining research processes, organization and roles that assist CTI public cloud to focus on the most important outcomes for our customers and for our teams, as we continue to scale.
Collaborate with CTI Public Cloud product management in setting the direction for the product management team as it scales, defining best practices, anticipating organization and process changes that we need to grow, balancing investments in people, technology etc.
Collaborating with the broader CTI Product Management team beyond Public Cloud to assist Citi Bank build a global community or product management practitioners, lending SME experience and skills in the research domain.
Driving the adoption of innovations adjacent to research in CTI Public Clouds product management practice, in collaboration with the Product Management leader: Design Thinking, Customer Experience mapping, Scaled Agile etc.
