Our Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme.

You will be working as a member of the Group Finance team, supporting the Group Finance Director, Finance Leaders, and their teams in developingand delivering the next phase of the Finance Function's strategy.


You will be working directly with Finance Leaders and the Group Finance Director to drive delivery and support the Finance teams in the planning, mobilisation, and delivery of initiatives for the Finance Transformation portfolio.

You will ensure plans are in place for all activity with budgetary requirement.


You will manage the allocation of programme resource to programme workstreams, coordinate demands on Finance SMEs across the portfolio, and wider business changes and manage recruitment of additional resource if required.


You will be ensuring appropriate tracking is in place across the Programme and underlying initiatives/workstreams, working with the Finance leads and the Head of Finance Change to escalate and resolve obstacles to successful delivery and achievement of transformationobjectives.


You will be one of the key drivers for successful delivery and that achievement of outcomes are identified for the portfolio and that these are in place and operating effectively, e.g.

appropriate resourcing, stakeholder engagement etc.

You'll also ensurethat the risks of these outcomes are clearly identified, mitigating plans put in place and tracked on an ongoing basis.


You will support interdependencies with other transformation initiatives, both within Finance and across other portfolios are clearly identified and proactively managed; similarly highlight any opportunities which could be applied more broadly.


You will be a role model for the behaviours that are critical to the effective delivery of Quilter's transformation objectives, including pro-activity, delivery and outcome-orientated, outward (rather than internal) focus, driving for simplicity / avoidingbureaucracy and teamwork.


You will be responsible for effective reporting of progress to the relevant Finance executives, Governance forums and, where applicable, into the Simplification Programme.

Identify opportunities where external support may be beneficial to Finance/Quilter to maximise transformation outcomes or mitigate risk.


You'll support the Head of Finance Change and Group Finance Director on other initiatives or activities that form part of the Change agenda, as needed.

This may involve analysis, design, coordination of organisational activity or delivery.
