Full-time, 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday)

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Science Creates.

By contributing HR support and overall administrative functions you will play a vital part of a smooth and efficient workflow within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar for the COO, overseeing meeting arrangements, managing timings for travel, resolving meeting clashes, sending reminders and resolving meeting follow up actions
  • Assist in HRrelated tasks, including document handling, improving automation, coordinating team meetings and supporting managers in HR processes
What skills & experience will you need to have as an Executive Assistant?


Skills:


  • Reliable, independent, and initiativedriven
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
  • Selfmotivated with a cando attitude
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive HR information
Experience

  • Previous experience in a role requiring high degrees of organisation, attention to detail and proactivity
  • Experience of (and desire to develop) HR skills/administration e.g. coordinating team guides, reviewing policies and supporting recruitment & onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac & G-Suite, and a willingness to learn new software
