- Assemble and install various kitchen components like cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, appliances, and fixtures based on blueprints, designs, and client preferences. - Utilize carpentry and joinery skills to cut, shape, and modify materials such as wood and laminate to create custom-fit cabinets and shelving. - Install kitchen appliances and ensure proper connections to electrical, plumbing, and gas systems. - Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements. - Adhere to safety guidelines while working with tools and equipment. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter or similar role. - Proficiency in reading blueprints and following construction plans. - Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. - Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity. - Strong problem-solving skills in identifying and resolving structural issues. Note: Carpentry, welding, or roofing experience is not directly relevant to the role of a Kitchen Fitter. Salary: £11.00 per hour Experience: - Masonry: 1 year (preferred) - Kitchen Fitter: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (preferred) Ability to Commute: - London (preferred) Ability to Relocate: - London: Relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 18/12/2023
