Description
Duties
Provide personal care and support to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help residents with mobility and transfers

Support residents with continence management and give practical support wher necessary.

Provide ongoing visual observations of residents during working night shift.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions from senior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note that this is a general description of duties and responsibilities for the Care Assistant position. Additional tasks may be assigned based on the specific needs of each resident.

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Adult & Social Health Care or equivalent required.

Salary:
£14.47 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
