Administrator / Operational Support Adviser in Mental Health - EAP
Nationwide - Remote based
Salary: £23,500 per year + great benefits

Role Overview
Contribute to providing top-notch service to Bupa Health Clinics & UK Insurance Customers, Clients, Partners, and Providers by collaborating closely with operational staff members within Wellbeing Support Services at all levels.
Support Bupa EAP, a leading provider of counseling services and Employee Assistance Programmes in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with in-house Counsellors, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists, and Psychologists
- Schedule Mental Health Appointments for clients with internal and external teams
- Manage multiple mailboxes to assist clients, companies, and external 3rd parties with their inquiries
- Maintain and update client files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Input and verify data both manually and via automated uploads
- Process, review, and validate invoices received
- Resolve invoicing queries with 3rd parties
- Facilitate payments to companies and therapists from 3rd parties
- Provide requested MI data to our companies
- Handle adhoc inquiries and tasks
- Adhere to and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of Bupa's products, policies, and procedures
- Support other teams within the area
- Work towards meeting tight Service Level Agreements
Requirements:
- Proficient in PC usage with solid knowledge of Windows-based software. Must possess both verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Adaptable and flexible with a willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Background or interest in healthcare or mental health
- Strong professional drive
- Empathetic, compassionate, and responsive
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to act promptly and decisively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
