HR Planning Manager, Staff Planning Manager, Workforce Planning Manager
Competitive salary - £35-45k - Field based

Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Director the HR Planning Manager, Staff Planning Manager, Workforce Planning Manager will be responsible for making sure that there is sufficient resource on site(s) across the relevant customer base.

Working closelywith several Account Managers you will work to provide continuity of service for the customer.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The primary role is to manage resource and associated tasks that come with managing teams. The role is based across several sites.
Person Specification

  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • A flexible approach to the work environment including the ability to engage with colleagues but also be able to work on own initiative.
  • The ability to work swiftly and accurately with the determination to achieve budget requirements.
  • Process staff payroll into Payroll department.
  • Manage absence within the teams across a number of sites.
  • Review training requirements for staff and arrange accordingly.
  • Recruit new team members where appropriate.
  • Deal with queries & questions from your teams and the relevant Account Manager.
  • Confident individual that can multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Ensure that all HR governance is followed.
  • Manage and administer general employee inquiries, providing guidance where required.
  • Manage own workload to ensure you deliver tasks/activities on time

  • Excellent Organisation Skills.
  • Effective Communicator.
  • HR experience/strong people management skills is necessary.
  • Able to plan resource to ensure continuity of service.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Excel skills.
