We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team in the Glasgow offices of a client in the financial services industry

Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Services Host will provide a friendly, larger than life welcome, whilst remaining security conscious.

They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests.

The role is hands on, with the Guest Services Host being involved and supporting all aspects of the reception and facilities services that our team provides including desk and meeting room bookings and locker allocation and maintenance.

Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.

Hours: 40 hours per week


Salary:
£25,358


Qualifications
Experience of setting up and using Audio Visual and IT equipment for meetings and video calls is desirable.
