10 x Semi Skilled Constrcution Operative's Urgently Required

£640 (Employed) per week Plus, Overtime

All overtime after 40 hours is at Time and a Quarter
We URGENTLY require 10 x Semi Skilled Construction Operatives for our Modular Construction client that are based in Coventry.


Our client has been established for well over 5 years and have continuous contract with local housing association's all over the UK.

They are one of the leading manufactures of Offsite and Modular Housing Production and have a very long-term order book for at least the next 5 to 10 years.


The Opportunity
All positions are long term temporary to start, that could lead to permanent positions for the right individuals.


The Role
You will be constructing Modular Buildings that are manufactured in a state of the art factory facility.


The main duties will be:


  • Labouring on Trades
  • General Factory Duties
  • Cladding
  • Plasterer Boarding (Not Essential)
  • Insulation Work
  • Fixing up Joints
  • Measuring wood for Trades
  • Basic Electrics
  • Basic 1st Fix Joinery

Skills/Qualifications

MODULAR PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE AN ADVANTAGE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS FULL TRAINING GIVEN, IF YOU HAVE A CONSTRUCTION/TRADES BACKGROUND.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday

7.30am to 4.30pm

This consists of 1 hour of breaks and lunch unpaid for.

All overtime after 40 hours is at Time and a Quarter

Saturdays Time and as Quarter

Sundays Time and a Half
