An exciting opportunity for a passionate and service-driven workplace professional to deliver best in class services for one of the leading providers of workplace services in central London.
The client is a global life science business at the forefront ofdeveloping life-changing medicines. The role will provide leadership to the site team and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
You will ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented at site level, ensuring the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that policies and processes are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed,including sub-contractors.
You will be required to complete financial reports and monthly site review reports to a high standard and in atimely manner.
You will manage the delivery of site services including post, reception, stationery, general office services including managing the set-up of all meeting rooms in line with client requirements.
You will also manage all Helpdesk calls/ticketsand be responsible for the running and tracking of all reactive tasks together with managing onsite requests and the Facilities inbox.
You will prioritise and delegate reactive and planned maintenance tasks to the maintenance team and ensure cleaning standardsin the building are met.
You will also be called upon to manage small projects on site.
In order to succeed you will have a meticulous eye for detail, strong communication skills, a facilities management background, used to running a building, Health & Safety experience and be customer focused.
You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management experience.
