Experience in a similar role is required.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth planning of appointments for servicing and repair of forklifts for our field service technicians which include a small internal team.
This Role involves speaking to and dealing with internal engineers. Also dealing with the internal accounts and service department.
To obtain quotes and source all parts for various forklift machines, at the best price and arrange delivery in a timely manner.
Once the parts are sourced and delivered the process will then involve ensuring the job is booked in to complete with the correct engineer.
Ensuring all costs are kept to a minimum for returning stock incorrectly provided.
Provide purchase orders for engineers to collect parts locally.
You will need to take ownership of all service calls from inception to completion. Perform regular adminstative duties by creating sales orders, job sheets, purchase orders etc
Good mechanical/engineering background is essential either within the motor vehicle or forklift industry. Essentialially the job requires good people skills with the abilty to communicate at all levels.
Excellent customer service skills needed both spoken & written with a quick to adapt and troubleshoot attitude, both internally and externally.

£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
