Description

Our Client, a vibrant luxury jewelry brand based in the heart of London, is currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented and security-conscious Security Logistics Specialist to become an integral part of their dynamic operations team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate retail store transfers and stock movements across our London locations
Manage PR stock loan requests, ensuring secure dropoff and pickup procedures
Accompany Marketing & Product teams to offsite photoshoots, ensuring the safe handling of products
Safeguard products during transit in and out of our secure storage
Work closely with the Operations team for events/trunk shows, facilitating seamless stock deliveries
Provide daily support to manufacturing teams for deliveries and production requirements
Aid the retail team with appointments and replenishment to ensure smooth operations
Assist in packing and wrapping shipments during peak periods while upholding quality standards
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure efficient stock accessibility and delivery

Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Situational awareness
Ability to adapt and handle unexpected situations, including additional duties as required
Background in security training with confidence in handling highvalue goods

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.

Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
