Service Reception Manager Required (Automotive) -Croydon

  • Prestige Main Dealer
- £35-£40k Basic Salary + Bonus (£45k+ OTE)

Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Croydon area, is looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager for their busy dealership.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this Service Reception Manager role offers you the opportunityto use your leadership skills to drive performance on our client's service reception.


Responsibilities as a Service Reception Manager:

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times
  • Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
Required Skills and Experience for this Service Reception Manager role:

  • Ideally, you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership. However, we will consider
  • Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
  • Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
  • Proactive mindset
  • Positive, cando attitude
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
Salary
- £35-£40k basic
- £45k OTE

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
