Service Reception Manager Required (Automotive) -Croydon

Prestige Main Dealer

- £35-£40k Basic Salary + Bonus (£45k+ OTE)

Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Croydon area, is looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager for their busy dealership.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this Service Reception Manager role offers you the opportunityto use your leadership skills to drive performance on our client's service reception.

Responsibilities as a Service Reception Manager:

Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times
Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.

Required Skills and Experience for this Service Reception Manager role:

Ideally, you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership. However, we will consider
Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
Proactive mindset
Positive, cando attitude
Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

Salary
- £35-£40k basic
- £45k OTE
