Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Croydon area, is looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager for their busy dealership.
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this Service Reception Manager role offers you the opportunityto use your leadership skills to drive performance on our client's service reception.
Responsibilities as a Service Reception Manager:
- Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
- Ideally, you would have some experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership. However, we will consider
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
- Proactive mindset
- Positive, cando attitude
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- £35-£40k basic
- £45k OTE
- Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
