Description
Simpson judge are working with a busy and established accountancy practice with offices based in the Wirral.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper who is looking for a fresh start in a new and challenging position.


Day to day duties

  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Resolve client VAT queries
  • Positing invoices onto software
  • Reconciling bank on software
  • VAT administration
  • Helping clients in the use of various software packages
  • Xero
  • Adhoc duties required
  • Client bookkeeping

Experience required

  • Minimum 1 years experience of VAT experience
  • AAT qualifications would be an advantage
  • Previous experience with Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, Kashflow and office management


  • Software

  • Excel and word
  • Strong organisation skills with problem
- solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
