What you'll do:
- Back up support for reception and conference room coordination as needed
- Booking travel for executives
- Support with space planning, working closely with the Global Real Estate Manager and Office Manager
- Support with some overflow finance admin, including checking invoices
- Assist with the planning, researching and execution of on and offsite company events including budget management
- Oversee the smooth running of the office
What you'll need:
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing/reception role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Display a 'no job is too small' attitude
- Ability to work inoffice full time, and eagerness to travel to other European offices as required
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution orientated and proactive attitude
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong team player
