About The Role:

***At EKFB we're shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.


We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Site Administration team on site near Twyford, Buckinghamshire working on our 'Calvert Area' section of works.


In this role, you can expect to be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for all staff and visitors.

You will take responsibility for the booking in of visitors, the procurement of office consumables and the management of supplies.


The role will require you to provide support in the registration and onboarding of all new starters to the Calvert section using Biosite.

You will also be the first point of contact for any Biosite queries such as training or competencies.

We will need you to manage the meeting room bookings, this will include the use of Microsoft Outlook functionality.

You will need to gain an understanding of the Condeco desk booking system and assist any colleagues with their desk bookings.


You will also need to help with document management: Causeway - GRN data entry, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, ensuring systems are up to date with accurate data.

We expect you to provide support, where necessary, to Delivery and Project Management teams.

You will also work closely with other Admin teams within your section to ensure a smooth running of the offices and compounds with regards to administration.


About You:

***- Experience in an Administration environment

  • Well organised individual
  • Knowledge of document management systems (desirable)
