Our well-established client in the Financial Planning industry is looking for a Client Support Executive to join the team.


Working Location:
Scunthorpe


Salary:
£23,000


Hours per week: 35 hrs


Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (1hr lunch)


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide high level technical and administrative support to the Practice;
  • Premeeting preparation and post meeting follow up, including accurately updating client files on Salesforce CRM;
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, dealing confidently and effectively with clients, product providers and third parties with professional and effective communication skills
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the Practice;
  • Adviser pipeline management
  • Provide regular updates to Financial Adviser about case progression
  • General office administrative duties
  • Running reports and illustrations and collating key data;
  • Extensive liaison with Admin Centres, providing information required to complete transactions within specific timescales;
  • Producing templated client letters and reports

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or related sector;
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable);
  • Experience of client management systems such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent facetoface and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Good organisation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multitask;
  • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively;
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times;
  • Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team;
  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving.
