Sales Assistant

Kundun Sweets Limited is a Birmingham-based company that provides a wide range of products and services to the general public.

We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team and help us with our sales efforts. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our company.


Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be willing to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
• Must be willing to work as part of a team with other sales associates
• Must be able to provide customer service via phone or in person
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers seeking information on our products or services.
• Provide product knowledge in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with placing orders over the phone.
• Deliver packages to customers.
• Maintain customer records in an accurate manner.
• Assist with customer service issues (i.e., returns, cancellations, etc.)and other administrative duties as needed.

Salary:
£9.70-£12.91 per hour

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
