To support our growth, we are recruiting a Product Administrator based in our Head Office in Leeds.


Key responsibilities include:


  • To support the Buying and Merchandising functions on all daytoday responsibilities, specifically to analyse historical sales inline with trends and design direction, to gain a better understanding of category performance.
  • Management of specific processes relating to products and the buying process for multiple categories.
  • To support the wider team by displaying a clear understanding of DUSK's customers, ensuring the demographic needs are understood and put at the heart of the product.
  • Manage supplier shipments, production and critical paths ensuring the information is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure trade actions and notes are completed each week in a timely manner.
  • Own weekly competitor updates to present at trade.
  • Proactively review the website to ensure the customer shopping experience is smooth.
  • Ensure copy, pricing needs and general housekeeping are communicated to Marketing.
  • Management of remerchandising ranges on site to help maximise sales opportunities.
  • Support the buyer with design trends to interpret and adapt to market trends to support the needs of the customer.
  • Responsible for the product launch packs and product launches across categories.
  • Responsible for product and sample management.
  • To actively participate in coordinating and presenting within meetings.
  • To develop strong working relationships and obtain a strong understanding of internal departments and roles.
  • Support with photoshoot feedback.

What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?

  • Proficient IT knowledge and experience, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving, and organisation skills are all essential.
  • Ability to follow instruction easily in a fastpaced environment.
  • Initiative to work independently on new ideas, processes, and administrative tasks.
  • Passion to work collaboratively on new ideas within a team.

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
