We are looking for a
Customer Service Advisor at FCW Accident Repair Group with a friendly, helpful manner and can demonstrate team work skills.
- Dealing with all customer enquiries on the phone & face to face
- Collaborating with the repair team and keeping the customers informed
- Keeping customers updated, arranging estimate and booking appointments, Managing booking diary, arranging courtesy cars, keeping the management system updated
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
£18,115.46-£28,515.99 per year
Expected hours:
No more than 42.5 per week
