We are looking for a night concierge to join our friendly team Shift pattern is 3 nights on 3 nights off, 7pm - 1am, weekday, weekend and bank holiday working as and when shift requires.

You must also be able to provide cover as and when needed.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet, welcome and assist residents, their guests and contractors as they arrive on site
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries and concerns of residents and contractors
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
  • Provide residents with meter readings
  • Regular patrol of pump room
  • Signing for parcels, distributing parcel slips and handing parcels to residents when they collect

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Full written and spoken English language a must
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Southampton, SO14 3LG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
