Part Time Waiting Staff - Potters Bar, United Kingdom - Dante Restaurant

Description

We are looking for a confident individual to join our small front of house team on a part time basis.

You will be meeting and greeting and serving customers, taking orders, making drinks, clearing down tables, running food to tables, and generally offering excellent customer service.

Experience of using a proper Italian coffee machine to make espressos/cappucinos/lattes etc is imperative.

Confident and clear communication skills, and a good understanding of the Italian language would be preferable.

We get very busy at the weekends so an ability to work quickly under pressure is critical, but equally during quiet periosds we need somone with initiative who can find productive things to do such as cleaning without the need for constant direction from management.

Hours will initially be around 10-12 a week - including weekend evenings (Fridays and Saturdays) plus we can offer more midweek evenings or lunchtimes, and shifts are generally 3-4 hours long.

Previous restaurant waiting experience essential.

For licencing reasons we can only consider applicants over the age of 18.
