Do you have experience of working with 11-18 year olds?
We are seeking to appoint a skilled, hardworking and resilient Pastoral Assistant to join our innovative and friendly school team.
Working as a Pastoral Assistant you will be working with Heads of Year and senior leaders to assist with day to day pastoral support, as well as providing packages which facilitate improvements to the behaviour and attitudes of students.

St Peter and St Paul Catholic Voluntary Academy is a secondary school and is located in Lincoln. We are an Ofsted-rated Good school.
We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week on a term-time only basis.
You will:
- Support the development and welfare of students by helping overcome individual barriers to learning.
- Have a high presence around the Academy providing a service that compliments students' education and creates positive impacts in their outcomes.
- Have positive relationships with key stakeholders, especially parents.
- Work within a supportive and proactive pastoral team
