JOB TITLE:
Customer Service Administration Assistant


Reports To:
Customer Services Manager


MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB


Be the point of contact for any customer enquires after point of sales and the full administration of the policy.

This job role falls under the FCA's Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) conduct rules. This is due to the nature of your job role falling within financial services activity. It is your responsibility to adhere to the conduct rules.


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform any midterm changes that arise from processing documents
  • Perform cancellations of policies via customer requests and our diaries
  • Action customer refunds that are due
  • Liaise with Insurers

SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Be computer literate - Handle customer queries - Data processing experience - Oral and written communication - Professional and flexible - Provide excellent customer service - Resolve problems - Be driven and positive - Manage multiple tasks - Meet targets - Administration and organisation - Manage stress - Attention to detail


EXPERIENCE - Within a similar role is preferable but not a necessity as full training will be provided - Within the insurance sector is preferable but not a necessity as full training will be provided

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Be willing to work a shift pattern - Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the company and colleagues


You will be required to work a shifts and one Saturday in three.

BASIC SALARY:
£24,125 and this will increase to £25,125 after successful completion of your probation (anywhere between - 6 months depending on performance). You will also receive a monthly performance bonus which will increase your salary significantly.
