Description
To provide a full range of administrative support to the Oncology Medical Secretarial team and associated clinical teams.
To undertake responsibility for assisting the medical secretaries with ensuring all clinic preparation is in patient notes in a timely manner.
Be responsible for working both independently and managing own workload, demonstrate efficient organisation ensuring all aspects of office support are covered as appropriate.
To ensure procedures and working practices are in place so that the Specialty and Trust can deliver a service that meets the standards and targets that have been set.

The RSH Cancer Centre offers a comprehensive range of Oncological services covering a catchment population of 1.3m people across Surrey, West Sussex and West Hampshire.
The department provides various services to Oncology patients including outpatient clinics, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Haematological oncology and medical physics and is supported by Palliative Care and the Fountain Centre Charity.
