Our People Team are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator, who will administer payroll processes for both the UK and Ireland.

You will work cross-functionally with our wider business teams, managing queries, and supporting with end to end payroll processes.

Every day you will

  • Assist with monthly payroll processing
  • Prepare and enter bank statements
  • Prepare and distribute P45's
  • Carry out manual salary and holiday entitlement calculations Processing new starters through ITrent

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

  • Previous experience in administration or data processing but this is not essential
  • Experience with Excel, with the ability to use V-Lookup, Pivot Tables and basic formulas
  • A keen interest in payroll, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
