***We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manufacturing Leader to join our APAC Supply Chain leadership team. As the Regional Manufacturing Leader, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance, strategic direction, and flawless execution of manufacturing operations across 7 plants in Southeast Asia and ANZ. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in leading Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across 11 manufacturing plants in SEA, ANZ, India, and China.


Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC Head of Supply Chain, you will lead and inspire a large manufacturing team (between across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

You will set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the manufacturing operations to ensure delivery of quality products on time and within budget, as well as drive the development of a robust Continuous Improvement (CI) culture, focusing on HSSE, Quality, Customer Service, and Value Creation (Cost & Cash).

On the manufacturing Excellence front, you will spearhead the development of a best practices framework to enhance operational excellence across all manufacturing plants, collaborate with plant leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and optimize efficiency, as well as promote a culture of innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing to elevate manufacturing practices across the region.


Requirements:


You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; with a minimum of 15 years of progressive Manufacturing and Operations experience within the lubricants, CPG/FMCG, or chemical industries.

Proven track record of successfully leading and transforming complex manufacturing operations at a senior leadership level and a strong background in Continuous Improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent will be ideal.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to various situations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders as well as being a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results will be necessary.

Experience in talent development, people management, and succession planning as well as the willingness to travel across the region (approximately 30%) as required completes what the team is seeking for in this talent.
