Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the road transport sector and beyond, exploring potential areas for expansion and growth.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.

Reporting and Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics and performance indicators, preparing regular reports for management review and strategic planning purposes.

Travel Requirements: Be able to travel to our Tamworth-based office at least twice per week for team meetings, strategy sessions, and collaboration. Additionally, travel to meet with existing and prospective clients as necessary to understand their needs and foster strong relationships.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the road transport sector preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth in a recruitment consultancy environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities, with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards shared goals.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems, along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:


  • Basic wage set at £25,000 £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) between £45,000 £50,000 per annum.
