Project Manager - PFI Variations - Midlands contracts - £50k - £55k plus car allowance

Working across several healthcare and education PFI contracts in the East and West Midlands, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple small works variations projects from £5k to c£300k.

Currently 11 projects running across the portfolio from knocking down and rebuilding a wall, extending a classroom, installing and amendments to portakabins, minor new works and capital fit-out and refurbishment projects.

You will manage the projects from variation enquiry, definition, pricing submittal through to agreement, pre-start meeting and management of the projects through to completion.

Projects are carried out by subcontractors

You will have a background in build/construction, preferably with a knowledge of PFI contracts and RIBA plan of work stages

Car allowance and pension included.
