We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our File Closure team as Apprentice Archiving Administration Assistants.

Alongside studying a Level 3 in Business Administration, this role will involve assisting in the administration and compliance processes required to ensure the correct closure of completed cases files within the Winn Group.

Responsibilities

  • As a
    Apprentice Archiving Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for liaising with various departments to coordinate the archiving of concluded case files, in line with Company procedures.
  • Carrying out archiving off all file types for all departments.
  • Ensuring that client ledgers are properly reviewed and closed down, whilst also suggesting efficiency improvements

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Ability to plan and prioritise
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to challenge appropriately
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives
  • Experience of demonstrating effective team working within a commercial environment
