Parts Advisor - Newton Abbot

Salary:
£26,000 basic with on target earnings of £30,000

Working hours:
Mon -Fri 7am-4pm/ 11am-8pm and 1 in 6 Saturdays

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a
Parts Advisor at our site in
Newton Abbot to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.

What you'll do:

Source and allocate parts
Stock monitoring
Taking orders from customers
Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.

What we need:

Previous experience with parts
Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
Excellent relationship building with clients
Is highly organised and adaptable
Team Player
Has a driving licence (essential)
